🔄 Return & Refund Policy – ELVANTY

We want you to love your purchase from Elvanty. If you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

  • You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

    • In its original packaging, with all accessories included.

  • Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons (e.g., opened beauty or personal care products).


2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted (unless the product was defective or incorrect).


3. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • If you need an exchange, contact us at contact@elvanty.com with photos of the issue

4. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund yet:

    1. Check your bank account again.

    2. Contact your credit card company (it may take time before your refund is officially posted).

    3. Contact your bank.

5. Shipping Returns

  • To return your product, email us first at: contact@elvanty.com to receive instructions and the return address.

  • You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item unless it was defective or incorrect.
