1. Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

In its original packaging, with all accessories included.

Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons (e.g., opened beauty or personal care products).
2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted (unless the product was defective or incorrect).
3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

5. Shipping Returns

To return your product, email us first at: contact@elvanty.com to receive instructions and the return address.
